As a SARAC Sales Representative, you will become part of a well-trained, well-supported sales organization of specialty chemical professionals. Armed with extensive field and classroom training, you will offer customers the highest quality products in the industry, as well as unique solutions found nowhere else. Selling Skills & Customer Value Delivery - Meet daily with existing customers and new accounts in industrial or commercial settings. Build close, personal relationships in an effort to secure business and penetrate accounts. Conduct compelling demonstrations of products to educate and excite customers on the newest generation of solutions and maintenance procedures. Ability to articulate value as well as function, to build trust in addition to business and to deliver service beyond the sale.
Planning and Organization – With sales management, plan and organize your month for optimal efficiency and performance. We’ll provide the tools and training to help you service a large customer base as well as target new accounts.
Team Contribution – Work with sales management and leadership teams as part of a close-knit family of sales professionals. Participate in roundtable discussions, seminars, new product launch meetings. Help in our never-ending quest to find new and different products to meet customer needs.
College degree preferred but not required. Field sales experience helpful. Strong desire to take control of your destiny as part of an industry-leading sales organization – a must.
